Goldar and Rita select putties worthy enough to become evil Power Rangers. They are given the badges of darkness, allowing them to turn into the evil counterparts of the Rangers. They, along with Rita's latest creation, Commander Crayfish, are sent down to Earth to destroy the Rangers.
